I couldn't be more excited to interview Mandy Chapman.  She'd be interesting enough to talk to just about being a police officer in the London Metro Police Department for 30 years.  She's be even more interesting if she had also been a police dog handler for most of the those years.  Oh, and it would be cool if she adopted a police canine that was injured in the line of duty.  All that would be enough, but she has now started a foundation where she and Baloo travel the country to work as a therapy dog.  The story is absolutely incredible and she is a riot to talk to.
Also, if you like what she does, please consider visiting www.TeamBalooFund.org and contributing.   She's really doing great work.  Please check it out.
