So what is an employee value proposition?

As a business, your employee value proposition is the value that you are able to offer your employees, including benefits, environment and the like.

This week, me and Chris reflect on our understanding and experience of EVP, how this has changed with the onset of remote and hybrid working, and how employers should now be communicating their EVP to potential and existing employees.

The conversation then moves on to how SME's should approach EVP (it is not just a focus for large corporates!), how you need to follow up with your promised benefits and not just pay lip service to them, and whether you can use personal development as part of your EVP.
