Last week I visited a practice to conduct our awesome OSHA, HIPAA and compliance training and after the training the office manager pulled me aside.
She said that they suspect an employee of having a drug problem and that the employees believe that she is going through their personal belongings looking for drugs. To make the matter more complex, the dentist is not willing to aggressively address the problem.
What to do? In this field note, I’ll discuss your options for weeding out drugged employees, drug testing, and other employment techniques.
Thanks for the listen and please share this if you think it’s valuable!
