Chapter 14 contains some sensitive content, and of course the 1900's version of "Miscarriage and Abortions" varies greatly from how we think today. Our dear Dr. Mary has some amazing ideas on how to prevent miscarriages. Don't sit up late, don't walk up or down stairs, don't shock your system, but also take cold showers. Don't share a bed with your husband...in fact, move out of the house and in to the country alone for at least three months.  Yes, completely doable. Thanks Mary!
