I am joined on Permission to Leap podcast season 4, episode 4 this week by Mary Anne Ivison, who after 12 years in broadcasting found herself in a state of panic when she lost that broadcasting job in the midst of a pandemic. 

We talk about job loss, loneliness and a moment to regain control before making any sudden movements. Her approach was the opposite of what many tell us to "go with the flow". Instead, she pulled together various pieces to pave a runway for her half built plan to create a business that she is now thriving in.
