Have you ever had a idea to write a book? Invent the next greatest thing? Be on television? Make a huge impact on the world?

But, your ideas gets put on a shelve because you don’t know where to start?

If this has happened to you once, I bet it’s happened a dozen times…maybe even a hundred times.

You might say to yourself, “I’ll get to it one day” or “tomorrow’s another day to take a crack at it”.

Sound familiar? Yeah, I thought so…

So, what gives? Why is a perfectly brilliant person, like yourself, constantly blowing off taking the next step in making your idea become reality?

Picture this: on one side, you have your ideas. On the other, you have the vision. In between the two, there’s a gap. I called it the “Gap of S#!T”. 

It the s#!t that stops you from getting from one side to the other.

Lack of confidence.

Lack of a plan.

Lack of execution.

For some, they may have one or two of these things. But, to build a strong enough bridge, to get you over the “Gap of S#!T”, you’ve got to master all three.

So, where do you start? You start by getting out a sheet of paper and pen and writing out the answer to these questions:

Where are you now?Where do you want to go?What’s holding you back? 

Sounds pretty simple, huh? Notice the words in bold…this exercise is only effective if you take the time to physically write this down.

Now, the next time I email you…I will be giving you the next step in building the bridge that will connect your ideas to reality. 

My suggestion…act on the first step I gave you or the next step won’t make sense :)
