Hello humans,

My next guest that I speak with is writer Matthew Kic. In 2019, Matthew and his writing partner Mike Sorce had their feature, The Second Life of Ben Haskins, picked up by Netflix. The two also have two features set up with production companies and are currently writing the first installment in a new comic franchise film.

I talked with Matthew about his journey from aspiring, struggling writer to what he is doing now. We talk about the challenges of adapting from book/screenplay to film/TV, as well as the best and worst advice that he's received. I hope you enjoy!
