People love a good lesson from failures or things that didn't work out, but I'm gonna do the opposite here. 

I'm going to break down a few times life kicked me in the teeth and how it's made showing up even harder. 

From leaving my career to losing my business to depression, those stories didn't just come with lessons, they came with lasting effects that to be honest, kept me exactly where I didn't want to be.
