People are searching for something. We see it all around us in the news, in our society, and in the people around us. People express this search in a lot of different ways, and a lot of people are very confused about the goal, but what we have in common is that we are looking for meaning. Our films are just one of the places people look, but they are the ones that have a whole ecosystem of producers. The writers and creators of films operate in one of the most high-impact mediums of philosophical content, yet their film product is mostly undigested by their critics. The philosophical content is accepted as a whole, while the acting, cinematography, directorial execution, and marketing are dissected in fine detail. Our modern society is awash in a flood of conflicting ideas with no stable ground from which to navigate. Phi-Fi.com provides that stable ground. It is a terra firma of intellectual common ground from which we can analyze the maelström of intellectual ideals propagated by most modern forms of dramatic media.
