They say that 50 is the new 40. What they don't say is that while you might act and feel younger at 50 than your mother did even at 40, your body is still 50 years old. Sex can be better after 50 than at any other time in your life. It can involve new adventures, brand new experiences, and the fresh freedom of erotic autonomy ready and ripe for exploration.  

Women need to let go of the idea that after the age of 50, that sex is over. That does not have to be true. Letting go of perceptions of what sexuality is about can help.
