I don't know about you but I'm getting very tired of the lack of customer service that most companies provide. I'm starting a weekly talkcast so that not only I, but anyone else, can rant about their experiences. Although this TalkCast is based in Pittsburgh, PA, it isn't limited to just Pittsburgh or even National companies.
