We are two young women working on embracing the present and challenging ourselves to be better versions of us every day. We’ve created this podcast to speak on topics that we find interesting such as: mindfulness, self care, growth, low waste/impact, and many more. We hope that we are able to resonate with others who are on their own journey, too.
