Tapping into the most tender parts of our hearts and allowing vulnerability to be a teacher, Megan McLaren brings a joyful perspective on the ups and downs of life. Her realistic approach to the roles we play is essential to understanding how beautifully imperfect we all are. Megan is a mother of twin toddlers and stepmom to teenagers.  Megan is a registered social worker, Behavioural health consultant, clinical Educator and Life Coach. She supports patients of any age in healthy goal setting, improving personal and professional relationships, and strengthening their coping skills by practising self-care and strong boundaries. She is amongst the most delightful women I’ve met and continue to admire.
