If you don't own a cast iron skillet, you should really consider it. In my humble opinion they're an incredibly valuable tool in the kitchen due to their thermal transfer ability, durability, and versatility. We talk a bit about how they designed their skillet, how the company was founded, the manufacturing process, and a little bit about cooking (of course).
