Peter Elbourne worked for Air New Zealand as an Aircraft Engineer for 18 years and did everything from building, maintaining and selling aircraft. Wearing many different hats allowed Peter to understand human behaviour more intimately and how to develop more meaningful connections and be able to work with people better. This would prove crucial during covid when Peter willingly handed in his resignation to save jobs for others.

Peter likes to say, "Instead of thinking outside the box, I get rid of the box and re-define the limits."
