“Ply” means layers. Our life is composed of “layers.” Physical health, relationship health, work life balance, business, spiritual, all of these layers among others make up our lives and they all need attention and work, to grow and be healthy. Each week, the PLYLIFE team looks into a layer of our lives. Let’s be real and transparent, we’re in this with you. We don’t know everything, so we’ll bring in the pros. Trainers, teachers, dentists, other doctors, successful business owners, coaches, pastors, nutritionists, counselors, etc will all be brought in to have conversations about about different “layers” in our lives.
