Today we are joined by Allyson Marino who is the founder of the podcast network Lipstick & Vinyl. My co-host is Arielle Nissenblatt.

Allyson Marino has generated over $90 million in radio and podcast advertising revenue over the course of her career working with some of the most successful media brands in audio including CBS Radio, Acast, PodcastOne and Midroll.

A pioneer in the podcast industry, Allyson was instrumental in breaking new ground to define what have now become the industry standards for podcast advertising and monetization.

In 2018 she founded her own podcast firm, Lipstick & Vinyl, which is focused on supporting underrepresented voices in media. The firm currently represents 14 podcasts and helps them cover everything from development, production and studio space, to being a collaborative marketing partner by building sales materials and pairing brands for sponsorship.
