PodBlasts are usually 5 minute breakneck paced yet easily digestible podcasts on any number of topics found in geek culture.  This episode focuses on the discovery that, even though we are fans of both Doctor Who and Star Trek, we still have lots to learn.  A few months ago, Doug and his guest James discovered that Gene Roddenberry pretty much made an attempt to make an American version of the BBC's Doctor Who and rolled it into what would have been the final episode of Star Trek.  Sure, lots of hardcore Trek and Who nerds already know this, but for those of you who don't, take a listen and be amazed at the similarities between Gary Seven and the Doctor we know so well.
