Please welcome my friend ALI LEE.

Listen to hear Ali’s answer to this question:

“So having worked for the last 14 years with countless celebrities, rock and pop stars, you’re truly an anomaly, being that you not only keep insanely fit year round, but you have a strong knowledge about natural health and fitness. When did your passion for fitness first start?”

“My passion started when I realized I can actually make a difference in my body. Cut out alcohol and soda and lost 15 pounds.”

Listen to hear Ali’s answer to this question:

“Your Kentucky based, meaning your home base is far from the hustle and bustle of LA and NYC. How are you able to build a music and modeling career being s far away from the scene?”

“I’m definitely more of a beach pop vibe.”

“I have always known since I was super tiny that I am supposed to do something grand in entertainment. That’s where my knack was.”

Listen to hear Ali’s answer to this question:

What is your opinion on why people can talk in one accent and sing in another accent?”

Listen to hear Ali’s answer to this question:

Your music videos give off an energy of simply fun. Your

second single, “sun soaked” was played on heavy rotation on Sirius XM top 20 on 20 and the music video has now reached over a million views. Tell us about the music video experience and how it differs from modeling?

“I grew up on the stage so get a feel of all parts of the production. Love being part of all parts of the process. Creative process of videos is enjoyable.”

“Sunsoaked. All friends of mine. Gave depiction of a 3 minute day in my life looks like.”

“I had morning sickness all through pregnancy. Combined cardio and weights after the 6 weeks and scheduled my first magazine shoot 5 months post pregnancy.

“When I stand on vibe plate, vibrates so hard you don’t feel the burn until step off so you can do more. It has made a big difference in it. Also reduces workout time. Less because work harder and smarter.”

Listen to hear Ali’s answer to this question:

“You’re known for having an incredible physique and lots of confidence. Since you are finding balance as a working Mom, a pop star, and a model– walk us through your workouts.”

Thank you so much Ali for sharing your empowering story. Where can we continue to follow your journey?

This Week’s Challenge SCHEDULE DATE NIGHT WITH YOUR PARTNER AND KIDS

All too often as a busy, on-the-go entrepreneur, where my business is my passion, many times I easily lose track of the day of the week and catch myself say, “ Wow, where did the time go?” Especially as someone who jetsets all over the country speaking and empowering people. And I’m sure I am NOT alone.

A report released by the National Marriage Project found that couples who manage to devote time specifically to one another at least once a week are markedly more likely to enjoy high-quality relationships and lower divorce rates compared to couples who do not devote as much couple time to one another.

Now you may be thinking, scheduling a date night is not romantic? My first thought is you’ve seen the Bachelor 1 too many times. Once you get to the point of marriage, let alone children, regular spontaneity is a plus, but scheduling date nights is a must. So while it may not be a romantic surprise, it’s a heck of a lot better than neglect.

I have also heard from busy entrepreneurs and been guilty of thinking this myself that my schedule is so erratic I don’t know when I will be able to have time to fit in a date night.

One of my mentors, Pat Rigsby, really rattled my core when he said, “Why would you schedule a meeting with a business contact you don’t know and not the ones who love you and care about you the most?”

If you have really young ones at home and can’t get a babysitter, schedule a 1 or 2 hour daytime date in advance around their nap schedule.

Equally as important to scheduling a date night with your loved one is to schedule a date time with your kids. Even a 30 minute to hour long break to step away from your cell phone, be fully engaged playing at the park means the world to your little ones.

I personally am working hard at these rituals and learning that the work overload will be there regardless of if I take the time for my family or not and it forces me to be more efficient in my work and more choosy with the meetings and projects I take.

So put it in your schedule with as much certainty as you would an important business meeting. Because if you don’t, your business my grow but it’s meaningless if your house crumbles.
