Turning the other cheek may be a difficult command to follow, especially when we are already at the brink of our sanity with everything that is going on. Yet, it is this very practice that can bring us salvation even in the smallest ways and during our darkest times. Turning the other cheek is not so much about physical violence as it may imply but about an opportunity to deepen our experience of fulfilling rather than following the Law.
