Both in the business world and in our personal lives’ conversations are rarely getting past just face value anymore. Although our intentions are good, we don’t want to offend or upset anyone, we are missing a huge opportunity to build a stronger personal or professional relationship. Fred is the author of a very timely book titled, 'Making Conversation (Seven essential elements of meaningful communication).’ I consider this to be one of the most important books of 2020 and it will become even more important in the future.
