Trauma can have a huge impact on who we become and why we do the things we do. Your trauma can have a positive or negative spin on your life. That's why it's important to do the work and deal with our trauma. Relive them so that we can understand ourselves better and heal appropriately. I am done being haunted by my past traumas, I am staring them in the face and working through them to get to a better me.
