(NSFW) It's Christmas

Jason and Matt (mostly Matt) let their hair down, and have a long rambling chat with Alex and Ryan from the Firm.  We have been very careful in the naming of this episode...

In either case, the conversation was supposed to be about wrapping up the year as well as look forward into the new year.  However Rum was involved (Matt again), and no one really managed to stay on topic, so what you have is basically 4 guys sitting in a metaphorical pub talking about Guild Ball.

The resulting 2 and a bit hours of content are carefully divided over both podcast channels for you to consume at your leisure.

I've not go too heavy on the editing on this one, I really did want people to realise how much we all went off on tangents...
