The last couple weeks have been mentally and physically draining, due to various issues at work and in my personal life. Healing from pain and trauma requires accountability and drawing clear boundaries for yourself. You have to differentiate between what you need to heal yourself versus what requires help from others. Isolation can be both helpful and harmful for healing. It can give you space but may also mean issues go unaddressed. Silence can be a double-edged sword - it may be misinterpreted as accepting fault when in reality, it’s choosing not to argue in order to focus on healing, not hurting. My goal is to be the person I say I am and here is the why. We gotta go through something to get somewhere, and I am glad you are doing it with me.
