A former software engineer at Google, Olya turned her attention towards climate and worked at various early-stage startups aimed at mitigating the climate crisis. This led her to found Frost Methane, a company focused on detecting, characterizing, and mitigating concentrated methane from arctic permafrost thaw. Her latest venture is the Diamond List, a project that aims to promote early-stage climate-facing startups to provide funding to get them to scale.
