Jealousy is a little healthy... and some people can use it for motivation, but we have to be careful to not have too much jealousy. Don't confuse it with Envy. Envy is the drunken, toxic sibling of jealousy. In this episode, I'm discussing jealousy we can have with friends or strangers... and then jealousy we can have in a relationship. Possessiveness, can be toxic. Especially if it's one-sided, and not being met with mutual actions.
