If you're even remotely paying attention, you've heard about the Human Life Protection Act in Alabama that restricts abortion in any and all circumstances. Following in its lead are Heartbeat Bills being signed in Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and many other states. We discuss the ramifications of laws like this, and *our thoughts* on what it means to be pro-choice or pro-life. Are we on our way to Gilead? Does taking a life supersede a woman's right to make decisions for herself? Should lawmakers be responsible for regulating medical procedures?
