Fear is false evidence appearing real,as it's said,and it's a strong unpleasant emotion,or something that threatens our safety it affects our psychology i.e the way we behave,and that's why we act paranoid (pardon me,I didn't mention all of these in the podcast,I totally forgot,I was carried away with the feeling,and just pouring out my mind at the moment 😒,hope I'm forgiven) We fear a lot of things which I mentioned a few,and it starts with the mind and we can learn to control it and believe that whatever that negative thing is,won't come to pass.
