In this episode, I talk about community over competition, which lately I feel is a term that is used a lot, and believe me I am all for it, but it has been hard to get to a point where I genuinely feel it for other women and vice versa. Join me to listen to some of the real-life stories that I have lived through regarding this feeling of competition and what I have learned along the way. 

I hope you consider these ways in which you can truly feel the community aspect of the women you interact with and can stop feeling like any woman is your competition. It feels so much better to lift each other up and help each other along the way, especially when there are so many outside forces that want to make it harder for us to grow.
