We learn what kinds of Trauma can create PTSD in a mind, and how recalling those events (triggers) can take a real, and sometimes ugly toll on those that experience this kind of Mental Health Issue Ryan gives us some insider knowledge into treatment, focusing on the method known as EMDR. Ryan shares a story from his past that has some triggers for him as an adult, and how he has learned to use these methods to see his own personal patterns, and make a change to learn and grow from his experiences, both while participating in EMDR training, and the revelations that the training revealed to him. Mike is talking sometimes.
