In this episode, we’ll be talking to Sean Van Tyne about Design Sprints. Design Sprints originated out of Google Ventures and were used to help Google-funded startups to quickly understand their customers and how they could better meet their needs. The sprints are only 5 days long. If done well, at the end of the sprint, you will have a set of sketches and a prototype that has been validated by real customers and ready to be built by engineering with the confidence that customers want it.
