Welcome to episode 17 of Positive Pods!

We are all gifted with a unique, inner voice, a inner “all knowingness.” 

This is the voice that is in your heart, in your gut, below the surface of your every day, externally-focused mind. 

And by building a relationship of trust with this voice, it can lead to an empowered life filled with positive and amazing experiences.   

Your inner voice is always there… reminding you and gently nudging you to pursue your life’s true passion, your life’s true calling..your individually unique purpose.  

This is the voice that will unlock all that you desire. It whispers to you softly, subtly, so to hear it, to listen and truly understand…you have to get in tune with it.   

Start to pay attention, and you will slowly begin to hear your own voice - your true voice from within.  Listening for your inner voice is like training a new muscle. It won’t happen overnight, but if you continue to practice…to hone it…the more amplified and clear it will become—like tuning into the right frequency. 

Personally, I do this by meditating and sitting in silence… and by surrounding myself with people who support me, my positive beliefs and my dreams.
