In this episode, I am joined by Nick Pagnotta, who is an Online Fitness Coach based out of Toronto, Canada.  

Throughout his life, he went through a traumatic relationship, that made him gain weight and become extremely depressed. Dark days left him feeling he had no out!  

But through girt and digging deep, he decided that he only has one life to live. Live to the fullest.  He joined the gym, and never looked back.  Now he helps men and women conquer their anxiety and gain their confidence back through ACTION, CLARITY, CONSISTENCY AND TRANSFORMATION. 

He is a true inspiration.
