With a career in healthcare that spans over 25 years, a Master's degree in Human Services and licensing in multiple states in Mental Health Counseling, I implement education, years of training and life experiences into my coaching programs. As the mother of triplets, a divorcee after 15 years of marriage, a cancer survivor and a survivor of intimate partner abuse, my life has been anything but simple.
