Deputy Bell vies for the Sheriff's allegiance with a new deputy on payroll. A bigoted plantation owner comes looking for an escaped slave (Barret Helms, "Precious") and a standoff ensues. The ailing Judge Walt (Lance Roberts, Showtime's "The Affair") presides over the case.
