Today’s guest, Jessica Callan, talks about her journey from being an adjuster to owning the restoration company, On Call Restoration, a cleanup company she established with her husband in 2016 that deals primarily with fire and water damage.
Jessica shares how the restoration industry appealed to her while she was still in college. She also talks about the responsibilities she did in claims management that helped her determine the foundation of her restoration company and the factors that urged her to pursue this business.
