In this episode I interview Sam Khairi who has not only owns real estate, but is a passive investor.   There are a lot of opperators (like me) teaching you how to raise private capital, but I thought why no actually learn from a private investor.  This is 'straight from the horse's mount' as the say goes.  Which I think we can all agree...makes no sense LOL.
