12 episodes in and I really enjoy it.

It is very practical and had changed my life around. I went from a hedonistic nihilist to a decent human being and is struggling on the path of prokopton.Thank you so much for making this podcast. It has really help me not escape reality anymore and to live life.

After listening to several episodes, I was able to clearly link several of the philosophies that have resounded with me the most to stoicism. I've always been aware of stoicism to a degree, but usually just some blanket version of it, like "that just means you're emotionless." I was at least in part living like a stoic without realizing it. This has been helpful in painting a clearer picture of what stoicism really is beyond Epictetus quotes you find on the internet, and led to a few practices that have actually been helpful (while pointing out some things I do very poorly).

I'm approaching Stoicism for the first time, and this was the best place to start. Each succinct episode is entertaining while being ancillary to it's purpose. Rock on.

Currently being reintroduced to stoicism. Appreciate the way content is summarized or explained after being presented. So far I’ve listened to the first 5 episodes. Brief and clear presentation. Thank you.
