We share the ups and downs of our spiritual journey in the last week. Lex discusses manifestations she’s working on while using her Life Book planner as a tool to find clarity in what daily action can be taken. Ty shares her thoughts on releasing trauma by doing the self-healing (shadow work) to allow your manifestations to take place and how setting boundaries honors this healing by protecting your energy.
You have to put in the work to reap the rewards of your spiritual journey, i.e. manifestation. This means tuning into yourself, acknowledging and accepting your traumas, and consistently showing up for yourself with love. Finding consistency and appreciation for whatever small daily spiritual practice like meditation, affirmations, gratitude, etc. truly facilitates exponential self-growth. Find what feels good so you can stay consistent. You will start to feel and believe it the more you show up for yourself in whatever spiritual practice you choose. Remember, you are powerful and magical!
