Last episode, we started our discussion on shadow work and talked about it as a cornerstone practice within the spiritual journey. There is so much to unpack around this topic! So, this episode we take a deeper dive into our personal shadow work experiences.

We share some of our own shadows that we’re currently working through and how shadow work presents itself in unexpected ways in our lives. We discuss a common shadow of feeling less than/ not good enough; the story being that our voices and presence aren’t as important, so why put ourselves out there. We also unpack a shadow work bomb dropped on one of us after watching the 1986 movie Labyrinth!

We often tell ourselves the same story based in limiting beliefs which perpetuates our same reality. Shadow work helps us rewrite that story to align with our higher self and write a new story that creates the reality we’ve always wanted.
