If you have seen or heard Ramayana, then you must have heard about two sages, sage Vashishtha and sage Vishwamitra. Sage Vashistha was the Guru of Lord Rama and the priest of Ayodhya and Rishi Vishwamitra was the sage who took Rama and Lakshmana with him to protect the yagna and Lord Rama played there like Taraka Badha, Ahilya Salvation and Dissolved the bow of Lord Shiva and married Sita. Rishi Vishwamitra also provided many types of weapons to Rama and Lakshmana.These two, ie Rishi Vashishtha and Rishi Vishwamitra are considered to be very rushed and proven sages.
