Mark Miller, a native of Sarasota, founded Westwater Construction in 1991 providing excellence in custom residential building, renovations and commercial renovations tailored to the demands of his clients.  Early on, he established a reputation for quality and efficiency, placing Westwater Construction in high demand among Southwest Florida’s most discriminating home-builders, general contractors and business people seeking excellence balanced with reasonable expense.  As this reputation grew and flourished through the 1990’s, Mr. Miller realized that corporate expansion would be essential for Westwater in the new millennium.
