About Matt Padgett:Get in touch with Matt: 865-919-4300Matt was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and has an undergraduate degree and MBA from Troy University where he received a basketball scholarship. He is a CPA and spent 5 years working for PwC in Atlanta. During this time he worked with many clients from a wide array of industries. He learned first-hand what it takes for a business to succeed. Matt founded Keystone Mortgage in February 2006. Keystone has grown rapidly and was named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 for the 2021 and 2020 calendar years. Keystone is licensed in both Tennessee and Florida.

Matt has extensive knowledge in growing businesses, and excels in helping his business partners achieve their goals, both professionally and personally. He has helped hundreds of business owners reach revenue and profit levels well beyond their industry norms. He mentors many people each week and loves seeing them grow. As part of his mentoring work, Matt helps both for-profit and non-profit businesses.

Matt and his wife Dani have two sons and he is actively involved in all of their sporting endeavors. He enjoys spending time outdoors and loves running- he has participated in many marathons on the road and several ultra-marathons on the trail. Matt enjoys traveling, good company, and good wine.
