Prior to starting Smart Capital, he spent over 3 decades with tech companies in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

He started investing in real estate in 2012 with purchase of single condo in Orlando, FL. Bought his first small Multifamily in 2016. In 2018 he left his W2 after 5 years with a firm in Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to pursue his interests in real estate. After an year of more learning it was clear that he’d focus on large multifamily (aka Apartment) Investing and started building the processes and systems for his company, Smart Capital, with a vision of helping other busy professionals diversify their investment portfolio by passively investing in real estate syndication.
