Srikanth talks about how Amazon solved the ‘cash-on-delivery’ problem using wallets bringing it from ~70% to ~15%. And Anshul narrates the remarkable journey with humble beginnings of building ‘Happay’ with multiple pivots to eventually exiting to CRED.
