She is the creator of WorkingWomensWellbeing.com where she provides resources, coaching services, and professional development courses to help mid-career women manage the multiple roles they play so that they can pursue goals they are excited about and live joy-filled lives.

In this episode, Keisha and I talk about the struggle working women have slowing down their daily lives. When women are juggling so many roles, including caretaker, they often forget that they need to take care of themselves.
