As a self driven professional, she grew in her career, got her MBA and is now a manager at the multinational company SAP.We talked about :-how to design a career in a big corporation and how to grow on what Rossi calls a winding road.-becoming a manager and especially about the importance of not losing our authentic self and also the importance of compromising.-Rossi shared some tips on managing teams, specifically virtual teams.For sake of clarity, this podcast was recorded before the Covid 19 pandemic.
