I jokingly have referred to my doing this podcast as “cheaper than therapy”.  Still it is true that the people I’ve found to be on the show have proven to be so upbeat and so inspirational that they never fail to lift my spirits.

Today’s guest is no exception.  When I read the Mission Statement for Planned Acts of Kindness it was clear I had to get them on the show.  I particularly loved the following part

The problems of the world — climate change, pollution, overpopulation, pandemics, war, and terrorism — are not going to be solved by governments or corporations alone, but by ordinary people working on common causes with a common purpose. Wow!  Does that ever fit in with my thinking!
