Welcome to Property News Radio, your weekly dose of property news and information. Stay informed in just fifteen minutes every week. Here’s your host, Rob Bence from RMP Property!

Rob Bence:         Hello and welcome to Property News Radio.  I’m Rob Bence from RMP Property and the Property Hub.  I hope you’re very, very well.  Thank you for joining us for another Property news.  Again, I’m joined by another guest.  This person has been with us before.  But before I introduce him, let’s take a look at what’s coming up this week.

First of all, we’re going to have a look at some reviews because you’re kind enough to leave us a few so thank you very much.  Then we’re going to jump into the news stories.  An interesting piece from Right Move and some interesting, Young research pieces there.  Then, we’re going to cover the mortgage market review and the impact it could have to property investors or not.  And then, pension reforms.  We’ve covered it a few weeks ago.  The Property Hub has a new episode coming up tomorrow on this very subject.  There’s a bit more news there as well.  And then finally, we couldn’t have Property News Radio without our quirky news piece.

As you know now as you’ve been listening for the past few weeks we’ve changed the format and this week I welcome back Andy Ridley.  Hello Andy, how’s it going?

Andy:                    I’m well.  Thank you, Rob.  How are you?

Rob:                       I’m good.  You weren’t frightened off the first time then?

Andy:                    No, no.  Back for another go.

Rob:                       Or is it because you’re paid to do this?

Andy:                    Pretty much because I’m paid to do it.

Rob:                       Okay.  So, not being paid to do this are the people leaving us the reviews.  So let’s have a look at what they’ve said.

First up Harry says, “Cracking news update.  As somebody who loves property but works 60 hours a day at my day job, it’s wonderful to have a resource to be able to catch up on the news while I’m in the car.  I highly recommend his other podcast, The Property Podcast as well.  Keep up the good work Rob.
