Luke... standing in his ice recycling bin in his back garden explains when and when not to ice bath as part of your training regime. When they starting ice baths at Quins the rugby boys literally started doing this in black bins, hence the bin.  During filming nobody noticed Luke’s head was cut off till the end and he told us to do one when we asked him to film it again!!
